Teriyaki Salmon Bowl
Ingredients (10)
- 170 g salmon, cut into cubes
- 185 g cooked brown rice
- 75 g shelled edamame
- 1 carrot, peeled into ribbons
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp neutral oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Steps (5)
- Whisk the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and garlic in a small bowl to make the glaze.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the salmon cubes for 2 to 3 minutes, turning until coloured on all sides.
- Pour the glaze over the salmon and let it bubble for 1 to 2 minutes until sticky.
- Warm the rice and cook the edamame in boiling water for 3 minutes if they are raw.
- Put the rice, edamame and carrot ribbons in a bowl, top with the glazed salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
