• 45 ml gin (Empress 1908 Indigo Gin)
• 15 ml elderflower liqueur
• 7 ml fresh lemon juice
• 60 ml tonic water
• 4 strawberry slices
• 1 strawberry, to garnish
• Crushed ice

Steps (5)

1. Add the strawberry slices, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to a tumbler.
2. Muddle thoroughly to release the strawberry juices.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour in the gin and stir briefly.
5. Top with the tonic water and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
