Ingredients (5)

• 1 tbsp instant coffee
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp cold water
• ice cubes
• 150 ml cold milk

Steps (5)

1. Put the instant coffee, sugar and cold water in a jar and close the lid tightly.
2. Shake hard for about 30 seconds until the coffee turns into a thick, light foam.
3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour the coffee foam over the ice.
5. Top with the cold milk and stir gently, or use cold water for a lighter drink.
