• 60 ml Aperol
• 90 ml orange juice
• 90 ml sparkling wine (Prosecco)
• Ice cubes
• 1 orange slice, to garnish

1. Fill a large wine glass generously with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the Aperol, then the orange juice.
3. Top with the chilled sparkling wine and stir once, gently, so the bubbles are not lost.
